Hello there and welcome to AutisticConlang.org! I’m Gideon (he/him), the creator of this website, which is intended to serve as a repository for all things related to autistics and linguistics, in particular constructed languages (conlangs). For a brief overview of the page, please click here.
AutisticConlang.org is bound to always remain a work-in-progress. However, I’d at least like to soft-launch it now by – instead of greeting visitors with an ‘Under Construction’ placeholder – welcoming people with this post instead. Which even contains some news, so please read on…
The Founders Award by the National Autistic Taskforce (NAT), presented in memory of NAT’s founder Dinah Murray, will now support the development of this website over the coming year!
More information about Dinah, the award and other recipients can be found here on the website of the NAT.
This means more contents will be added here bit by bit, including updates via the blog from time to time, and there should also be an overhaul of the design at some point. Meanwhile, feel free to join the community or get in touch by email.
